Your rental car won't be your only means of transportation on this trip as you will be traveling with boats, trains, bikes, and if you're feeling adventurous even rafts. • After arriving to Ljubljana airport pick up your rental car and let the adventure begin
• Discover the famous Alpine jewels of Bled and Bohinj by taking scenic boat rides or simply walking around and enjoying the views
• Explore the picturesque natural canyon Vintgar Gorge by following a wooden path that leads you to a stunning waterfall
• Continue to Bovec, where you will be greeted by the emerald green scenery surrounding Soca River and choose between different outdoor activities, such as white water rafting, canyoning, or zipline
• Take a day trip to Goriska Brda and see all that this wine region has to offer, either through a bike tour, picnic or wine tastings – the choice is yours
• On the 5th day say goodbye to Slovenia and continue to Croatian Istria, first stopping in two charming small towns, Groznjan and Motovun, and ending the day in Opatija, a seaside resort scattered with villas from the 19th century
• Take a boat trip to Brijuni Islands and explore Veliki Brijun by taking a scenic train ride and admire the nature and animals you see on the way
• Before visiting the unique nature wonderland of Plitvice Lakes National Park you will stop for lunch and a stroll at Rastoke, a hidden gem of a village known for its wooden houses and watermills
